Do you have any idea how badass Leroy Burrell is? Neither did I. C-USA Track Coach of the Year.  Again. He has been coaching for 9 years and has 15 (fifteen?!?) Coach of the Year honors. How is that even mathematically possible? Let’s go through the accolades:

• Twice set the record in the 100M sprint – 9.90 (1991) and 9.85 (1994)
• 1990 and 1992 Olympic Gold Medalist
• Married to Michelle Flynn, also a Gold Medalist who wears awesome outfits
• Their kids are wicked fast
• Has coached 37 All-Americans
• Has won C-USA Track Coach of the Year so many times that it ain’t no thing
• Has a nice house – doesn’t this make you feel a little creepy?
• Raced Carl Lewis and Dennis Mitchell in 2007 – the link is disappointing
• Realized he had “more speed in” him (which is funny, because the more I train, the less speed I have in me)
• Was a member of the 1973 New York Knickerbockers, by the look of the above picture
• Is loved by the French:
